Brand Stewardship Proposal
For Good Marketing

The invitation to build the architecture that matches your thinking.

We’ve already worked together. You know how I think, and I know something real about how For Good operates — because I was inside it, briefly, on Suksma. What I saw wasn’t a failure. It was a gap. And it’s the same gap I’m closing right now inside my own studio.

This is an invitation to close it inside yours.

What I Am Proposing

Brand Stewardship — starting with a Discovery.

Two weeks inside your operation. I shadow how For Good actually works.

Not how the packages are described, not how it looks on the website. How it actually moves. How a client goes from first contact to delivered work. Where information lives, where it gets lost, how your team communicates, what a collaborator receives when they come on board.

I bring a camera. While I am observing, I am also documenting — building a raw asset bank of For Good in motion. Behind-the-scenes content, process moments, the human operation behind the strategy. That material belongs to both of us. It becomes the foundation for brand storytelling, content, and case studies down the line.

"I shadow how For Good actually works — not how the packages are described... How it actually moves."
The Deliverables

A real document you keep, whether we continue or not.

At the end of the two weeks, I deliver the audit.

  • Operations map — how For Good actually runs, written down clearly
  • Gap analysis — what is costing you time, clarity, and energy that doesn’t need to
  • Design coherence observations — your visual presence across every touchpoint, audited honestly
  • AI opportunity map — specific, tailored places where your operation can be automated or accelerated
  • Phase 02 options — three directions for what we build next, for us to discuss together
For Good Marketing
Why This Is Specific To For Good

For Good sells operational clarity to its clients. Your Fractional CMO offer is built on the premise of coming inside a business and making it run better.

Your own house deserves the same attention.

Right now For Good operates on Canva, spreadsheets, and scattered drives across multiple inboxes. That is not a criticism — it is a pattern I observed from the inside. And it is costing you mental load every single day that could be going into Recyrcle, into client strategy, into the work that only you can do. The audit maps exactly what needs to change. The build phase makes it real. The stewardship layer holds it so it doesn’t drift back.

The Steps

How it happens.

Step 01

Questionnaire

Before I arrive you complete a structured questionnaire — your honest account of how the operation currently works. 30–45 minutes. It gives me everything I need to observe with precision rather than starting from zero.

Step 02

Kickoff Call

30 minutes. We confirm the two-week schedule, align on access to tools and team, and agree on which live projects I’ll follow.

Step 03

Shadow Engagement

Two weeks. Three or more sessions per week — in person where possible. Camera running. Field notes taken after every session. No disruption to your workflow. I observe, I do not participate.

Step 04

Audit Document

Delivered within 3 business days of the shadow period ending. A full written document — not a slide deck, not a voice note.

Step 05

Review Call

60 minutes. We go through the audit together. I present three Phase 02 options. We decide together whether and how to continue.

The Investment

Pricing & Structure.

Phase 01

Brand Stewardship Discovery

$1,600 total · paid 75/25

$1,200 before Day 1 — confirms the engagement, funds the full shadow period.

$400 on audit delivery — closes Phase 01, or rolls directly into Phase 02 if we continue.

If we continue: the $400 becomes your opening Phase 02 credit. The discovery effectively costs $1,200.

If we don't: $1,600 total, engagement closes cleanly. The audit is yours.

Future Phases

Systems & Stewardship

Phase 02: Systems Build

Fixed fee. Scoped from the audit. Agreed in writing before work begins.

The infrastructure: client intake, proposal automation, asset repositories, brief templates, collaborator protocols.

Phase 03: Ongoing Stewardship

Monthly retainer from $2,500. Structure confirmed before Phase 02 begins.

Monthly operational review. Design oversight. On-call for new projects. Quarterly audit.

One Last Thing

The inside should be as coherent as what the outside promises.

You built For Good on the belief that doing good and performing well are not in opposition.

I believe the same thing about how a studio operates. The infrastructure should be as considered as the strategy. Let me show you what that looks like — starting with yours.

To Start:

1. Read this. Ask anything that is unclear.
2. A 20-minute call to confirm fit and agree on a start date.
3. Questionnaire returned before Day 1.
4. $1,200 received before Day 1.
That is it. Everything else follows from there.
